- Orders placed after 5 PM (PST) will be processed the next business day
- During drops, sales, or high-volume periods, processing may take 3–5 business days

❗ Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages

- CrownZone is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- If a package is returned, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs

For exclusive drops and limited items:
- All sales are final
- Please allow extra processing time due to demand
📬 Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged:

- Include photos of the item and packaging
We will review and provide a replacement if approved.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products (headwear & accessories), all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless:
- Item arrives damaged
- Wrong item was sent
